Plant Guarantee:
Bedding Plants, Houseplants & Hanging Baskets-1 Month Trees and Shrubs-6 Months For our guarantee to be honored the plant & the cash register receipt must be returned.
We will replace the plant, exchange it for something of equal value or give you a store credit.
Exclusions:
Acts of nature such as extreme cold or floods. Plants that are purchased at large discounts. We do not guarantee sod, holiday plants or plants that finish their natural blooming period but are still healthy. Example: Healthy mums and asters that are just bloomed out.
Return and exchange policy: We will accept returns of all products as long as they are returned in good condition and can be returned for a store credit or exchanged for merchandise of equal value. No cash refunds. The merchandise must be accompanied with the cash register receipt.
Telephone policy
We try to answer every incoming phone call. Sometimes we are not able to reach the phone in time because of the personal service we provide at the nursery. If we miss your call please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
